About
An institution being built, one holding at a time.
New Avenue Enterprises LLC is a privately held, founder-owned holding company formed in Louisiana to launch, acquire, own, and operate businesses and assets over time.
What We Are
A parent organization.
New Avenue Enterprises is not a single operating business. It is the parent organization through which multiple businesses, subsidiaries, investments, intellectual property, and other assets may be owned and managed.
That distinction matters. A holding company separates ownership from operations, allowing each business beneath it to be capitalized, governed, and evaluated on its own terms while sharing a common standard, a common balance sheet discipline, and a common long-term intent.
Why We Exist
To create paths that did not exist.
The name New Avenue reflects the founding idea: opportunity is most often created rather than found. The company was formed to pursue that creation methodically — by starting businesses where a gap exists, and by acquiring businesses where continuity and stewardship are worth more than a quick exit.
New Avenue is independent and founder-owned. That independence allows the company to act on its own timeline, to decline opportunities that do not fit, and to hold what it builds without pressure to sell.
Long-Term Ownership
Holding is the strategy.
Long-term ownership changes how decisions are made. Capital allocation, hiring, pricing, and reinvestment all look different when the horizon is measured in decades rather than exit windows.
New Avenue intends to be a permanent home for the businesses it owns — improving them patiently, supporting the people inside them, and allowing compounding to do the work that financial engineering cannot.
Our Commitments
How we intend to operate.
These commitments guide how the company is assembled today and how it will be run as it grows.
Structure before scale
Governance, reporting, and clear ownership are established first so growth never outpaces the foundation.
Durable businesses
We favor businesses with real customers, defensible positions, and economics that hold up across cycles.
Institutional continuity
Processes and standards are documented so the company does not depend on any single individual.
Honest positioning
We describe the company as it is today while building openly toward what it is becoming.
