New Avenue Enterprises LLC is a founder-owned holding company formed in Louisiana. It exists as the parent organization through which businesses, subsidiaries, investments, intellectual property, and other assets are owned and managed over time.
The company is deliberately structured for what comes next. Rather than operating as one venture, New Avenue is the framework that holds many — allowing each business to be built, acquired, or supported without changing the foundation beneath it.
